Who is eligible for the 35% discount on the AutoCount upgrade?

The 35% discount is available exclusively for existing users of AutoCount Version 1.9 who wish to upgrade to the latest Version 2.2.

What does the upgrade include in terms of edition and number of users?

The offer allows users to upgrade from Version 1.9 to Version 2.2 within the same edition. For example, a user of Version 1.9 Basic Edition 2-user can upgrade to Version 2.2 Basic Edition 2-user.

What if I want to downgrade my edition or change the number of users?

Downgrading your edition or reducing the number of users will be treated as a license relinquishment. In future, if you would need higher edition or addition user, a new license with full price will be charge.

Will my existing data and settings be preserved during the upgrade?

Yes, your existing data and settings should be preserved during the upgrade to version 2.2. However, we recommend backing up your data before initiating the upgrade to ensure that you have a copy in case of any unexpected issues.

Is the upgrade offer included with e-Invoice?

This new version comes with one e-invoice module included.

What if I have more than one company, is the e-invoice included too?

If you operate multiple companies, the single e-invoice module included with the upgrade will only cover one company. For additional companies, you will need to purchase extra e-invoice modules for each one.
