The offer allows users to upgrade from Version 1.9 to Version 2.2 within the same edition. For example, a user of Version 1.9 Basic Edition 2-user can upgrade to Version 2.2 Basic Edition 2-user.

Downgrading your edition or reducing the number of users will be treated as a license relinquishment. In future, if you would need higher edition or addition user, a new license with full price will be charge.

Yes, your existing data and settings should be preserved during the upgrade to version 2.2. However, we recommend backing up your data before initiating the upgrade to ensure that you have a copy in case of any unexpected issues.

This new version comes with one e-invoice module included.

If you operate multiple companies, the single e-invoice module included with the upgrade will only cover one company. For additional companies, you will need to purchase extra e-invoice modules for each one.
